Calibration and Evaluation of the FAO AquaCrop Model for Canola (Brassica napus) under Varied Moistube Irrigation Regimes

نویسندگان

چکیده

The AquaCrop model was calibrated and validated for canola (Brassica napus) under Moistube irrigation (MTI) various water regimes [(i) 100%, (ii) 75%, (iii) 55% of crop requirement (ETc)] over two seasons, 2019 2020. normalised root mean square (nRMSE), Model Efficiency (EF), R2, the Willmot’s index agreement (d) statistics were used to evaluate model’s efficiency in simulating biomass (B), canopy cover (CC), yield (Y), harvest (HI). calibration results indicated simulated with accuracy CC (under 100% ETcR2 = 0.99, EF 0.92, nRMSE 6.4%, d 0.98) 75% ETc (R2 10.3%, 0.98). well validation 0.97, 0.93, 22.5%, 0.84, 0.45, 59.2%, 0.86) regimes. Final simulations reasonably good ETc, > 0.90, 0.65). study showed usefulness assessing response full deficit scenarios MTI.

Assessment of the AquaCrop Model for simulating Canola under different irrigation managements in a semiarid area

Field experiments were conducted in 2005-2006 and 2007-2008 and the data were used tocalibrate and validate yield and biomass of AquaCrop Model for canola (Brassica napus l.). Themodel was calibrated with the first year and then was validated with the second year data. Fivewater stress treatments at different growth stages were performed including fully irrigatedduring whole growing period (I1)...

Genomic Prediction of Testcross Performance in Canola (Brassica napus)

Genomic selection (GS) is a modern breeding approach where genome-wide single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker profiles are simultaneously used to estimate performance of untested genotypes. In this study, the potential of genomic selection methods to predict testcross performance for hybrid canola breeding was applied for various agronomic traits based on genome-wide marker profiles. A tot...

EVALUATION OF THE MECHANICAL AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF PARTICLEBOARD MANUFACTURED FROM CANOLA (Brassica napus) STRAWS

This study examined possible feasibility of canola (Brassica napus) straws in the production of particleboard. Three-layer experimental particleboards with density 0,7 g/cm3 were manufactured using different canola straws particle ratios (0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%) and urea formaldehyde (UF) adhesive. Modulus of elasticity (MOE), modulus of rupture (MOR), internal bond strength (IB), water abs...

Transcriptome Analysis of Canola (Brassica napus) under Salt Stress at the Germination Stage

Canola (Brassica napus) is one of the most important oil crops in the world. However, its yield has been constrained by salt stress. In this study, transcriptome profiles were explored using Digital Gene Expression (DGE) at 0, 3, 12 and 24 hours after H2O (control) and NaCl treatments on B. napus roots at the germination stage. Comparisons of gene-expression between the control and the treatmen...
